Information needed for Bookings

Date and time of service, budget, location, desired acts, length of performance, theme of event, requested costuming or rigging 
colors, ceiling height, structural information, and any required travel information.

Private Lessons, Skill Sharing and Workshops

Asheville Aerial Arts is happy to offer private lessons for beginners, intermediate or advance students.  The cost is $55 per one hour lesson, either with a solo student or up to 4 students sharing the cost.  We also offer skill shares for established aerialists traveling to the Asheville area interested in exchanging knowledge for $15 per hour session.  Workshops start at $100 hourly.  

Pricing

• ​Aerial Act Repertoire  $450 per artist

• Aerial Act Custom $600 minimum per artist

• Ground Act Repertoire $350 per artist

• Acrobalance Repertoire $700 per duo

• Ambient Aerial $400 for 15 minutes, per aerialist, minimum 2 sets

• Consultation & Venue Inspection $75 per hour

• Rigging $75 per hour; sites vary

• Additional Insured $150

• Event Director $100 per hour

• Handlers&Hands $75 hour, 2 hr minimum

• Asst. Director $50 per hour

• Portable Free Standing Aerial Rig Rental  $350 per day; 9, 14, 18, 20, and 24 feet high rig heights available

• Mileage for rig transport $1.25

• Mileage standard $0.565

• Minimum booking time for custom works 8 weeks
