look at the world and those around you.  Come fall in love with our passion at our home base Aerial Space.

Class Descriptions
Single Trapeze:  This is a low trapeze that can be raised and lowered from knees to chest to forehead and an arms length above.
Anyone can try this apparatus regardless of fitness level.  This is our preferred entry level apparatus, but also can be taught up to
advance levels.

Aerial Silks:  This class covers basic aerial technique, foot locks, climbs, safety skills and choreography on aerial fabric or 'silks'.
As class progresses students  learn more complex drops, wraps and rolls working safely at their own pace. All classes contain
students of beginning to advanced skills. As students gain strength and ability they are given the opportunity to learn aerial
routines and test out of their level.

Aerial Sling:  This is an aerial fabric that has been looped into a sling/swing.  It is softer on the body than a trapeze, but doesn't
offer the same type of gripping on the bar that dance trapeze does. Anyone can try this apparatus regardless of fitness level.
Skills learned can be as basic or as advanced as the student needs.

Doubles Trapeze:  This is a high trapeze  bar with two people maneuvering on the bar.  Most often, one person holds the other
person in poses, tricks and positions.  This is skilled partner work; a dance on the trapeze that happens with two people.

Acrobalance:  This is work done on the floor with one or more partners.  It involves holding each other's body weight, balancing
together and developing ways to move together while doing dance/tricks.  People interested in taking this class should be very
comfortable with touching others.
